This version of Squeezy is available for download if you have registered through your clinic.

Squeezy Connect is an integrated extension of the pelvic floor muscle exercise app Squeezy, accessible by invitation only.

Beyond the core features you are familiar with, Squeezy Connect enables secure communication with your pelvic health clinicians via the Living With platform. It allows you to share exercise plans and activity records between appointments, facilitating clinician monitoring of your progress to support your treatment plan.

Both Squeezy Connect and Living With adhere to NHS Information Governance standards.

• Developed by chartered physiotherapists specializing in pelvic health within the NHS.
• Suitable for individuals undergoing treatment for bladder or pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Offers customization of exercise programs and reminders to assist compliance.
• Designed for ease of use, with discreet operation, visual and audio prompts, and a record-keeping function for completed exercises.
• Includes specific features for pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy. If provided with the Squeezy Maternity module, additional specialist guidance on antenatal and postnatal pelvic health topics is available.

Squeezy Connect has undergone clinical review and certification by the NHS for safety and efficacy. The original Squeezy app has received multiple industry awards, including the ehi Awards 2016, Health Innovation Network 2016, and the National Continence Care Awards 2015/16. It was also a finalist in the Advancing Healthcare Awards in 2014 and 2017, as well as the Abbvie Sustainable Healthcare Awards in 2016.

The application bears the UKCA mark as a Class I medical device within the United Kingdom and complies with Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No 618, as amended).
